Welcome to Sea Salt Simple. I’m Katie. I live in a city north of Boston, Massachusetts, with my husband and little lady, ‘C.’ I’ve thought about this blog off and on for a decade and you know what? It’s happening. Here it is. I love the ocean (Sea.), great food (Salt.) and desire to simplify and find the things that help us get to the heart of the matter and improve the day to day (Simple.)
I’ll write for you. I’ll write for me. I’ll share my best beef stew recipe. I’ll encourage you to swim in the New England ocean in April (and October). I’m unlikely to start a sentence with y’all. And, if all else fails, I know my mom and dad will read this. And you know what? That’s enough.
